With the average award for an unfair dismissal claim currently being in the region of £8,000 to £10,000 this makes good sense.  You decide the cover you need to protect your business, and we’ll advise you.  You can opt for either £250,000 or £500,000 cover per claim; this safeguards you from all costs associated with tribunals, including your legal fees and any awards.
